As a product of the 3-year EU Research and Demonstration Project “SAFEMODE”, a White Paper on the “Safety Learning Culture in Shipping” was made public.
We are glad to share that MINERVA MARINE and ATHINA are among the contributing and cooperating companies, which assessed the new best practices on how learning after incidents can reform the safety culture, and jointly presented a case study from a navigational incident that was simulated for our seminars.
The reference of the White Paper to our common efforts in reporting, investigating, training our people, and learning as a whole living organism, demonstrates the strength of our company and our focus to increase the capital of knowledge of our seagoing personnel.
